What we collect
When you submit a form we receive the details you enter (such as name, company, email, phone, project details, files and GSTIN). We also record how you reached our website (search engine, advertisement, social network or link), the page you landed on, and technical details of your device such as device type, operating system, browser, screen size and approximate location (country, state and city derived from your network address). We use this to understand which channels bring customers to us and to make the site work well on the devices people use.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. Your browser stores your project list, a random visitor identifier and your visit source locally on your device.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders, send the catalogue you requested, consider job applications and improve our website and marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email service and stored in our website database hosted on Cloudflare. Order details may be shared with logistics partners to deliver your consignment.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, email roy@vidyutcore.com. We respond in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
